Lakeside St Johns FC

Dominated this game, so it was a case of missed chances yet again, we really do need to start taking our chances and killing games off before it bites us on the arse! That aside we battled and took the win which means weve earned a game against premeier out fit clements 83, we will need to pick our game up for that fixture but well done for gettin into next round boys, we are going well and lets keep it up, up the saints

Well we had to put a performance in today, especially with the evening mail in attendance, and we did not disappoint, everyone from Anson to the front 2 played their part in this result, but the team spirit in this team is so high and i think it gives us a massive advantage that we all play for one another whether it be in training or in a game, we dominated the game from start to finish and hopefully let everyone know that we mean business, roll on sunday and up the mother fucking saints!!!!!!!!

never looked like anything other than a lakeside win, played with finesse and passed well, but also fought for the ball, could of been double figures and maybe we should be taking these chances as we can kill these games off earlier and take the pressure off ourselves, we are still unbeaten and that is just going to make teams want to beat us, we need to keep this will to win, and the unity of the squad, great performance boys, well done, up the mother fuckin saints!

tough game today against a very tough team, organised young and very fit, we got a draw deservedly but we wasnt at our best, we are still unbeaten, but still have a lot of work to do, we need to respect the teams in our division or we will get turned over if we think we will win every game, like we almost did today, so lets go into next sundays game with a positive outlook and go get three points1 up the saints!!!!!!!!!!

Great work ethic today, totally dominated the game and should of scored 10, but we dug in and got the win with a spectacular finish from Tommo, and if it wernt for our missed chances and them cheating we defi nitely would of ahd more goals, but a win is a win and we have now took 5 wins from 5 games, quality start, lets keep the momentum going boys! Up the Saints!

Another team performance today lads, Anson was excellent in goal today, amazing shot stopping, back 4 was solid as ever, and for two games running, our goal has not been breached, its all down to commitment, effort, and the will to win individual battles but as a team, the back 4 were excellent and the middle 2 were phenomenal, matt n nicks partnership is starting to blossom too, quality all round, up the saints

1st game of the season, and was we up for this game or what, everyone was fantastic today, so much talking and confidence with each other, and the football was a pleasure to watch, for the opposition and the referee ( who played for one of the best teams at this level) to say we are an awesome team who play great footy was nice to hear, stand out perfromances today from p ryder brads and lee and alex, the back 4 were brilliant today, and matt up top is working so hard, keep it up son, nick worked his knackers off as did everyone, team spirit was high and it showed with the 5-0 result, lets not get ahead of ourselves though and take this form into the cup game next week, up the saints!

A game to aid in confidence boosting, but with no Nick, Army or matt was going to make it difficult, but i think kieran came in and did a very good job and was solid, we stroked the ball around like we havnt done in a while, when we play football we can calve anyone open, lee ryder was great up top, maybe should of made that choice a long time ago, but the 4-1 result was a decent one but maybe should of been more at the break, but lets take this into last game of the season, UP THE SAINTS!

Semi Final day, there was plenty of unity in todays game, plenty of effort and fight and at the bgreak we should of been 5-0 up but instead we were 1-0 down,they were a good team and there is no way they would be only 4th in division below, as it turns out they had several players from their first team, which they admitted afterwards, which unfortunately we cant do anything about! Having said that, their first team are top of the premier and we more than matched them i would say, so we take heart from this and move onwards and upwards, bring on the coronation!!!!  At least we wont have biased referees

Less said about this game the better, we were cruising first half with a 2 nil lead which should of been 5, and second half everyone decided to argue with each other and they capitalised, we deserved to lose and i never want to see a performance like that again, we are a team, we didnt act like one in this game!!!!!!!!!!!
